Measured. Treated. Certified.

Your floor is a lot slipperier than it looks. Let's get its number.

Grippy tests slip resistance and hidden leaks with real instruments, treats what needs treating, and hands you a certified before and after report. No guesswork, no scare stories. Just your number, getting better.

before

Wet bathroom tile, untested. Looks fine. Isn't.

after

Same tile, treated and re-measured on site.

the small catch

“Looks fine” is not the same as “tested fine.”

A dry tile in a showroom and a wet tile at 7am are two very different floors. Most anti-slip and leak services in India still sell you a visual opinion. A look, a nod, a quote.

We'd rather show you a reading, do the work, and then show you the reading again.

Four steps. One of them is genuinely fun.

It's a real sequence, and it's the whole trust mechanic: nothing is claimed that wasn't measured twice.

  1. 1

    Inspect

A site visit and a quick, friendly walkthrough of the risk zones: bathrooms, lobbies, stairs, wet corners.

  2. 2

    Measure

Instrumented testing: a tribometer for slip, thermal and moisture scans for leaks. You get an objective baseline number.

  3. 3

    Treat

Treatment matched to your actual material and use, whether that is tile, natural stone, high-traffic wet areas. Not one spray for everything.

  4. 4

    Certify

We re-measure and issue a dated, certified report. Two numbers: where you were, where you are.

What we actually do

Three core applications, one method, and a few friendly extras while we're there.

Application 01

Slip Resistance Testing & Treatment

We measure coefficient of friction on your actual floor, treat it to suit the material, then measure again.

  • Measured COF, wet and dry
  • Tile, natural stone, high-traffic wet areas
  • Certified before/after report

Application 02

Hidden Water Leakage Detection

Damp wall? Peeling paint? A water bill doing something strange? We find it without breaking anything.

  • Non-invasive thermal & moisture diagnostics
  • Engineer-reviewed report
  • Ideal pre-monsoon or on first symptom

Institutional Safety Programs

For hospitals, hotels and senior living: scheduled testing and re-certification you can hand to an auditor.

  • Recurring testing on an Annual Maintenance Contract
  • Re-certification with dated records
  • Compliance-grade documentation

the invisible one

Leakage detection, without breaking a single tile

Most leaks are found the expensive way: after the ceiling gives up. We find them the boring way, with instruments, while the wall is still intact.

Thermal imaging

A calibrated thermal camera reads surface temperature differences, so water moving behind plaster shows up as a cold signature.

Moisture mapping

Pin and pinless moisture meters give a percentage reading across a grid, turning a vague damp patch into a measured boundary.

Source tracing

Pressure checks and acoustic listening separate a plumbing leak from seepage, waterproofing failure or external ingress.

Call us when you notice

  • A damp patch on a ceiling that dries and comes back
  • Paint blistering low on a wall near a bathroom
  • A water bill that moved without your habits moving
  • Musty smell in a cupboard sharing a wall with a wet area

Why it pays to know early

Water that sits inside a slab does not stay a paint problem. It reaches reinforcement, it softens plaster, and in a shared wall it becomes a dispute between two flats. A dated moisture report settles the argument and scopes the repair before it grows.

Best time to survey: the four weeks before monsoon, or the day you first see a mark.

for the people who sign off

Institutional clients: why a reading beats a reassurance

When a floor is your responsibility rather than your home, the question changes. It stops being does this feel safe and becomes can you show that it is.

Duty of care, on paper

Hospitals, hotels and senior living carry responsibility for anyone who walks in. A dated slip reading per zone is the difference between a claim you can answer and one you cannot.

Audit ready any month

Accreditation visits rarely arrive when convenient. Under an Annual Maintenance Contract your readings, methods and technician records are already filed and current.

Budget you can plan

Scheduled retesting turns floor safety from an emergency line item into a predictable annual figure your facilities team can defend.

Zone by zone, not building wide

Lobbies, ramps, kitchens, wet rooms and pool decks each get their own reading and their own treatment, because they fail in different ways.

What an Annual Maintenance Contract looks like

  1. 1

    Baseline survey

Every wet and high traffic zone measured and mapped in one visit.

  2. 2

    Treatment plan

Priority ranked by measured risk, quoted per zone, no bundled guesswork.

  3. 3

    Scheduled retesting

Quarterly or half yearly readings, depending on footfall.

  4. 4

    Annual certification

A consolidated report your committee, insurer or auditor can file.

Annual Maintenance Contract

Why any of this matters

No scare stats. Just four things that happen to be true.

Bathrooms are the hot spot

Slip-and-fall injury is a well-documented risk for older adults worldwide, and bathrooms are consistently the highest-risk room in the home.

Measured beats claimed

Most anti-slip and leak-detection services rely on visual claims. Ours start and end with instrument readings.

Mumbai already asks for audits

BMC/MCGM mandates structural audits for buildings 30+ years old (Section 353B). Our reports slot neatly alongside them.

Paper that stays useful

Dated, certified reports are handy far beyond the job: insurance, resale, committee records, liability documentation.

You leave with an achievement card

Officially it's a certified test report: instrument used, method, date, technician, baseline reading and post-treatment reading. Unofficially, it's the fun part.

  • Dated and signed, per zone tested
  • Before and after readings side by side
  • Shareable with your society, insurer or buyer

Questions we get every week

About 45 minutes for two or three wet zones at home. A society common-area survey runs half a day to two days depending on floor count.

Yes. Marble, kota, granite and ceramic each get a different approach, and we always patch test first and show you the reading before committing.

No visible film, no colour change, no sandpaper feel. What changes is the measured grip when the surface is wet.

Date, zone, material, instrument and method, technician name, the baseline wet reading and the post treatment reading. A document you can hand to a committee, insurer or buyer.

Typically two to four years at home, less in heavy footfall wet areas. Institutions keep it on an Annual Maintenance Contract so retesting is scheduled.

Most treated areas are back in use two to four hours after the final rinse. We give you the exact window before we start.

Local work is applied by feel. We measure before, measure after, protect your fittings while we work, and hand you a signed document with both numbers.

Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the wider MMR. Institutional contracts outside this area are handled case by case.
